3 Ways to Achieve Your Fitness Goals (The Exact Blueprint)

October 31, 15304 min read

How would you like to have the formula for success?

Sounds to good to be true doesn't it?

Wouldn't it be nice to know the exact blueprint to reach your fitness goals?

Sounds pretty awesome right?

While in fitness there is no magic pill, potion, gimmick, or technology that will guarantee your success...

I’m going to share 3 different ways to use technology to reach your fitness goals faster.

Using technology is like a blueprint because it will lead to faster progress, and more predictable outcome. Technology is evolving and changing our personal lives, business and transforming entire industries. Drones are delivering packages in England, Grocery stores automatically add items to your shopping cart, and cars are driving themselves!

What does this have to do with fitness?

Because of this new technology I am helping more people than ever get fit, healthy, and make astonishing transformations that ever before!

I’ll tell you about that in just a minute...

I can now keep track of clients progress more accurately, precisely optimize the workouts in their program because of all the data.

And the bottom line is:

My clients faster and better results, AND it helps them stay motivated by being able to see their results visually.

You can’t improve what you don’t track...

Track Your Progress in 3D

That’s why I use 3D Body Scanning to track all my clients progress.

You might be wondering: “What is 3D Body Scanning?

It’s a device and software that cost me $11,000 (I'll only charge you $30 :)) that helps me track my clients progress like a calculator.

And best part is... It creates visual graphics and reports that lets my clients see their progress and gives me what I need to know to adjust their program.

The visual and quantifiable tracking helped him stay motivated and stop guessing if he was getting results.

The scale only gives you one number.

With 3-D Scanning you know thousands of data points, hundreds of measurements, and on top of that a side by side visual comparison!

You might be thinking: “Doesn’t a measuring tape do the same thing”

Well.. Would you rather use two stones to light a fire or use a lighter?

Measurements take a little bit longer, are less consistent and don't give as much data and comparisons to analyse.

Tracking yourself in 3D is important but that's not the only thing you want to track.

Track Your Workout Times and Breaks

Tracking and controlling your workout breaks, intervals and knowing your calories burned is an important aspect of any fitness program.

Smart watches are a great solution— They keep track of your workout time, breaks, heart rate, and calories burned, and a bunch of other data.

Put 3D Tracking and Smart watches together and you can slap and “S” on your chest... Because you’ll be unstoppable!

Tracking your progress in 3-D, taking the right timed breaks, and knowing exactly what to eat will make it like you have fitness superpowers.

My client Brent was afraid he was going to have a heart attack during his workout because his heart rate was so high.

So to prove him wrong I made him wear a watch so he exactly what his heart rate was and it was nothing short of normal.

App That Easily Tells You Everything You Need to Know

There are a few nutrition apps that do a great job...

The one I recommend is MyFitnessPal— After you log what you eat it will spit out in a easy to read format your macros, micros, calories and much more!

This is great so that you know everything about what you are eating without having to crunch numbers yourself.

Lets face it...

Who wants to Google "Pizza nutritional facts" write down in grams the protein, fat, and carbs and total calories... then do it again with everything else you ate!?

MyFitnessPal will make your life so much easier!

Optimize Your Program

Now that you have technology tracking things for you, take all the data and optimize your formula for success!

Knowing where you are at gives you the knowledge to know if you need to repeat or change something. When I train clients for bikini or physique competitions I track everything and constantly make them check to make sure they are on track with our timeline.

Don’t wait any longer!

Use 3-D scanning to track your progress, a smartwatch to track your workouts, and MyFitnessPal to track your nutrition.

Take that information and either repeat or make changes. The definition of insanity is: "doing the same thing and expecting different results."
