In an effort to promote motion and exercises in the community Stacia Naquin put together a story revolving around standing desks and their befinits.
Seth Thurston says “Standing desks burn more calories when standing up just because your standing up and engaging the core. A body in motion stays in motion by standing up you are more likely to do something and move around, which again burns more calories!”
A client of TPT (Thurston Personal Training) was also able to contribute to the story as she has her very own stand up desk which she uses!
